Actually it was not my idea to go there. My dad n uncle were the ones who got their nerves for me to go. As a plus, I did nothing yet the whole holiday except been in driving class which I’d completed it. My dad always enthralled by the hard work of most Chinese either in the way of their business or studies. They succeed because of their really hard work, not depend only on their gifted IQ. . I studied at UiTM which all the students are ‘bumiputera’ n for them, the competition is not going so tough without the Chinese n Indians. So they want me to see their way of study.My dad n uncle actually know me really well as I’m not that hardworking n to be a medical student, I have to start to push myself harder by not letting me to rent an idle life anymore.I have to be spirited if I want this way. If the road to medicine I choose, then I have to be persistent as it is going to be a long, rough way. I know I’m not that so intelligence which means I have to work harder than anyon
e in my class. Yet, I did read a book in usm about career as health providers. The writer says health providers have to do all their works 100% correct as those lives depend on them which means they should set their goals not just to the barrier satisfaction. For example in exams, most of us including me just set my goal to get marks that above the barrier marks. If we get only 76%, where else 24% things that we should know? We can’t do things that we are not really sure as those might risk others. Thus the writer says the health-providers-to-be have to understand what they learn not just memorizing as always I did during my secondary. Study is the change of thinking!. Wow I got so impressed by the book but I couldn’t managed myself to finish it as the way that writer says our mind only can concentrate n process the first one hour continuous of reading. We should take a break about 5-10 minutes doing physical activity like walking n exercising. But I went the other round by chattin
g with my friend till I got no mood to continue the reading. Ermm.. what I got to see at the library? There were Chinese all around the USM, I bet I saw just a few Malays n Indians. The place was not too crowded as the final was over n the left ones might be the book worms who can’t leave their beloved books though in holiday! If I can be just like those. After lunch, my friend and I took a stroll over the block n library. The books here especially related to medicine are more than those in UiTM’s medical faculty library. I took this short note book, the basics practical n I got to see the way how the translucent wire been inserted to penis and vagina to give way to urine to pass without the need to go to toilet =). Then we called the day off by at 4 p.m. Hope to see you again Yumni n USM.
