Assalamualaikum
Our second day started at about 9.30 a.m being greeted by Dr Quinn [we thought it was going to be Dr John] and i froze out the moment he smiled that sweet smile telling us we could see the real treatment on patient today. I was afraid of that smile though it was so genuine. There, we were greeted by the team, and we went through the treatment that took about 4 hours. The experiences in the center was a bit scary as the mood there in hospital as dull as usual but the staffs, a lot of them were friendly. We couldn't thank them enough for that :'] . The treatment took about 4 hours, though kinda bored just to watch those graph on screen but it was actually the best experience to see the technology the got, of course we, Malaysia were actually behind theirs in this aspect. They got the machine to work on the fibroid fully. And to see those health practitioners here did their job as a team was like i was watching House movie as there was Yvonne, the head nurse that look like Dr Cuddy, and she is really really a nice person i am telling you. And we met Prof Gedroyc today, the director of the centre with hell lots of experiences and he is one of those people that involved in the evolving fibroid treatment. The day should end by 4pm but we got released early as Dr John got the meeting. And you know what, there are my friends that got serious fling on Dr John ;p . Guess who are they! I wish i had his picture that i can upload here to prove how handsome but unfortunately i had none. And today, i got myself indigestion again. For the records, i've had this indigestion after taking food for all this continuos 3 days. And for the first time, i got feverish and off dozing myself with panadol at the end of the day. And what tomorrow brings is just another mystery. After all, we got only 2 days to work on our elective, and you know what,we have to present those things to both Dr Quinn and Dr John by this friday right on 12.30 pm. As scary as hell.
O Allah, do give us the strength to work it out as a team. And do give us the guidance to the right path in every manners. Amin.
p/s; please pray for our safety and strength on doing this elective. It's really tough, that's all i could say for now
